It requires companies to give disabled workers or applicants reasonable accommodation unless this can lead to undue hardship for employers. The law applies to employers that have at least 15 workers. 

Discrimination Based on Religion

This type of workplace discrimination involves treating a person unfairly due to their religious beliefs. Title VII prohibits this practice and requires employers to give reasonable accommodation to the religious beliefs of a worker unless this would lead to a burden on business operations. 

Sex Discrimination

This involves treating a worker or job applicant unfairly due to their sex. Title VII prohibits sex discrimination, which also includes discrimination against people due to their gender identity.
